1. Object

The purpose of these general conditions is to define the terms and conditions of online sales of works and derived products (prints, puzzles, etc.) offered on the Site https://elisabethturon.com between the Seller, Elisabeth Turon and the Customer.

Elisabeth Turon reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale.
The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force on the day of the customer’s online order.

2. Products

The products are identified by a photo and technical details (format, technique, support). However, the colors rendered on screen may vary with the originals or prints.
The original works are signed on the back and are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Prints from original works are produced in very limited quantities by a printer located in Nantes.
The puzzles are made by hand by the seller: magnetic sheet glued to a print of an original work then cut with a cutter. They are sold with the printed model in postcard format
In all cases, the artist, Elisabeth Turon, remains the holder of all her artist rights.
The site indicates when a product is no longer available. The works sold as reproductions are all very limited.

3. Price

The sales prices are displayed on the Site. They are indicated in euros, all taxes included and excluding delivery costs.
The seller reserves the right to modify its sales and shipping prices for the products at any time.
The applicable prices are those displayed on the Site at the time of the order.

Shipping costs are also displayed on the Site and are calculated based on the product(s) purchased and the shipping country. They include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs.
NB: For deliveries to a country other than mainland France, customs duties or local taxes may be payable and may be invoiced upon receipt of the package by the Customer, in addition to the price paid on the Site. They will be the responsibility of the Customer, responsible for the proper completion of declarations to the competent local authorities.

4. Orders

Orders are placed online, on the Website and are confirmed to the Customer by email to the address indicated when ordering. To do this, the Customer must respect the different stages of processing the order. Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
The contractual information is presented in French.
The Customer declares that he has the legal capacity to use a bank card and in the event of an error in the recipient’s contact details, he will be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery of the product.
Elisabeth Turon reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom it exists
a previous dispute or who does not accept these General Terms and Conditions.

5. Payment conditions

Payment for purchases is made by credit card using the Stripe online payment processing platform. Payment methods available: Credit card / Google Pay / Apple Pay.

6. Shipping and Delivery

The products are shipped by the seller to the address indicated when ordering within 3 to 8 working days. Once the order has been shipped by the seller, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.
Orders are sent by tracked letter (delivery within 2 to 3 days) or parcel with acknowledgment of receipt (delivery within 3 to 8 days). The seller cannot be held responsible in the event of delay.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order to withdraw without having to give reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Items must be returned accompanied by a RIB for reimbursement, the order number, proof of date of receipt of the order, and a duly completed withdrawal form (model: https://entreprises.service- public.fr/vosdroits/R38397)

8. Disputes and responsibilities

These general conditions of sale are written in French and are therefore subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Seller and the Buyer first undertake to seek an amicable agreement before any legal action.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be handled before the courts of NANTES.
